How to reach us

Email: admin@globalunpaidllc.com

We read everything that arrives. We aim to reply within a few working days, though a correction gets looked at faster than a general question.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. Send the page link and what you believe is wrong. This is the most useful message you can send us.
  • Gaps. If you looked for something and could not find it here, tell us — that is how we decide what to write next.
  • Out-of-date rules. Wage law changes. If a figure or deadline has moved, we want to know.
  • Press and general enquiries.

What we cannot help with

We are not a law firm and we do not give advice on individual cases. If you write to us about your own situation, we will not be able to tell you what to do, how strong your case is, or how much you are owed.

Please do not send us documents, payslips, contracts or personal identification. We do not want them, we are not set up to handle them, and we will delete anything of that kind that arrives.

Where to go instead for your own case

  • An employment lawyer. Many give a free first consultation, and some take wage claims on a no-win-no-fee basis.
  • Your labour department. In the United States that is the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, or your state labour agency. Filing a wage claim is usually free.
  • Small claims court, for smaller amounts, where you can often act without a lawyer.

Every one of those routes has a deadline. Finding out what yours is should be the first thing you do.
